Visoid in Oslo seeks a creative Social Media Manager to own our social presence, shaping how architects and industry professionals discover and use our platform. You will create and manage engaging content across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and lead a Creator Program to amplify reach and quality.

You’ll collaborate closely with product and marketing, prioritizing speed, storytelling, and measurable impact in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media, content, marketing, or brand with measurable reach or engagement.
• Experience briefing, guiding, or coordinating other creators.
• Hands-on content creation for Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
• Comfortable with video editing tools (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience driving engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Own and craft our social content strategy across platforms.
• Create engaging social content that drives awareness and adoption.
• Coordinate on-brand content delivery and scheduling with the team.
• Run the Creator Program: recruit, manage, and guide creators while ensuring quality.
