Job summary

Aviant in Ski, Norway, is seeking a part-time Social Media Lead to manage our B2C brand Kyte and Aviant. You will own content strategy, creation, copywriting, publishing, and reporting to fuel growth.

Fluency in English and Norwegian is required, with experience across organic and paid platforms. The role combines office work at Aviant with flexible hours, on a 6‑month contract at NOK 230/hour. This is one of the most exciting startups in Europe, offering a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Documented results in content creation and social media management for a B2C brand.
• In-depth knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) for organic and paid marketing.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian.
• Bonus for experience with AI tools for content creation and automations.

Job description

At Aviant, we enable autonomous delivery by drone. After starting in the labs at MIT in 2020, Aviant has taken a leading position in the European drone market. We operate commercial transportation drones with custom modifications, taking the role of both a drone producer and operator. Since April 2026 Aviant has been operating our B2C delivery service in Ski, Norway.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media (both organic and paid) our B2C brand Kyte and Aviant (company).
• Own the entire process from content strategies and planning, content, copywriting and publishing to reporting and analytics.
• Main goal: Drive Kyte's growth - awareness, signups, and repeat orders.

Qualifications

• Documented results within content creation and social media management within B2C.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, Snap, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn) both organic and paid solutions. Including experience in targeting, optimization, tracking and reporting.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian.
• Bonus if you have experience in AI tools for content creation and automations.

What we offer

A flexible social media role in one of the most interesting startups in Europe. This is a part time position (40% at NOK230/hour), with a 6 month contract, and can be combined with other work or studies. It is expected that minimum 50% of the time is working from Aviant's office in Ski, Norway.
