Job summary

Aviant in Ski, Norway, is seeking a part-time Social Media Lead to manage our B2C brand Kyte and Aviant. You will own content strategy, creation, copywriting, publishing, and reporting to fuel growth.

Fluency in English and Norwegian is required, with experience across organic and paid platforms. The role combines office work at Aviant with flexible hours, on a 6‑month contract at NOK 230/hour. This is one of the most exciting startups in Europe, offering a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Documented results in content creation and social media management for a B2C brand.
• In-depth knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) for organic and paid marketing.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian.
• Bonus for experience with AI tools for content creation and automations.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media for Kyte and Aviant (B2C brand).
• Own content strategy, planning, creation, copywriting, publishing, reporting and analytics.
• Drive Kyte's growth: awareness, signups, and repeat orders.
