Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced Quality Lead to oversee QA/QC for a major hyperscale data centre project in Kvandal, Norway. You will implement the Project Quality Management System and ensure compliance with ISO standards, client requirements, and project specifications.

The role is site-based and reports to the Project Director. As Quality Lead you will drive a culture of quality excellence across construction, engineering, commissioning and client teams, coordinating inspections, audits

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, client requirements, project specifications, and CTS quality procedures.
• Drive a culture of quality excellence across project teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor activities to ensure work aligns with approved documentation and standards.
• Develop, review, and manage PQPs, ITPs, method statements, and QC procedures.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews across all disciplines.
• Verify construction, installation, and commissioning meet quality standards.
• Close quality issues via corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform site audits, review workmanship, and maintain documentation.
• Prepare quality reports and KPI dashboards for management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures; support handover readiness.
