Qualifications

• Five years of grants management or research administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end pre-award proposal development and submission support.
• Interpret sponsor guidelines and advise faculty on requirements.
• Prepare budgets, budget justifications, and subaward documentation.
• Review proposals for completeness and compliance with sponsor and university rules.
• Manage post-award oversight, including financial projections, forecasts, and cost transfers.
• Assist with award setup, amendments, reporting, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate with compliance offices and internal stakeholders to mitigate risks.
• Provide temporary coverage for grants administration during vacancies or surges.
