Job summary

T.D. Williamson (TDW) is seeking a professional Project Manager to ensure services projects and customers are managed in a highly professional, customer-focused way in compliance with TDW standards, from inquiry to successful completion, including scope, estimates, quotes, field execution, invoicing and final reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field and 3–5 years of project management experience, with PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive cooperation between resources including quoting, scheduling, coordination, project management, operations and invoicing.
• Collect and review all project information from internal/external customers for successful projects.
• Support generation of quotes and review invoices for accuracy against scope of work.
• Generate and process change orders timely and efficiently.
• Monitor and communicate project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Attend site visits and customer meetings as necessary.
• Identify and coordinate resources, including vendors and field personnel, within the project team.
• Communicate project risk levels to customers and services organization.

Overview

Responsible for ensuring services projects and customers are managed in a highly professional and customer-focused way in compliance with customer requirements and T.D. Williamson (TDW) standards, from first client inquiry until successful job completion; including scope, estimate, quote, field execution, invoice, and final reporting in efforts to obtain project success.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Drive cooperation between resources including quoting, scheduling, coordination, project management, operations and invoicing as well as manufacturing and engineering deliver TDW solutions to customer.
• Collect and review all project information required from internal/external customers in efforts to execute successful projects.
• Support generation of quotes, review quotes/invoices as requested for accuracy and compare to scope of work in addition to collaborating with others to ensure proper pricing and invoicing.
• Generate and process change orders in a timely, efficient manner.
• Monitor, participate and communicate in overall project background, objectives, scope of work and deliverables.
• Attend site visits and customer meetings as necessary.
• Identify and coordinate resources (people and equipment) and assign individual responsibilities within the project team, including vendors, sub-contractors and field personnel, engineering etc.
• Establish, assign, document and communicate project risk level to customer and services organization on all projects.
• Collaborate with others on best practices including operational excellence, project management practices, business development, behavior, organization, communication, safety, TDW compliance and extreme commitment; drive one TDW culture.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or other related field and three (3) to five (5) years of project management experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
