What You'll Do
- Service, repair, and improve: Working with Tesla-specific software and advanced tools, you will perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles
- Ensure top quality: Fix it right the first time; we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery
- Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional), you will share support and best practices to further improve the service experience
- Develop: Our dedicated in-house training teams offer a blended learning strategy to help develop your technical skills. Sharing your own skills and knowledge with the team helps drive the whole group forward
What You'll Bring
- Technically experienced: You have professional experience in vehicle service and repairs, within automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries
- A team player: You’ll be part of a diverse team that thrives on collaboration
- Flexible: You can work in shifts and collaborate closely in diverse teams
- A good communicator: You speak and write English well, and communicate clearly and respectfully
- Safe to drive: You must hold a full Norwegian driver’s license
