Job summary

A leading construction company in Norway is seeking an experienced Workplace Safety and Health Officer to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Occupational Safety and Health, at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, and be a registered WSHO. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a WSHO and ECO in the construction industry.
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
• Certified Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with NEA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with site team to maintain high safety, health and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Facilitate audits to ensure compliance with ISO14001 and OHSAS45001 standards.
