Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in UX research and design.
- Degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience conducting user research and designing prototypes with Figma; proficient with Jira.
- Proven ability to integrate UX insights into product development.
- Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead innovation and drive user-centric design in education products.
- Spearhead user research, usability studies and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement a design system.
