Job summary

Epic Games is seeking a skilled engineer to join Unreal Engine engineering, focused on Unreal Cloud Services and editor integrations. You will bridge the editor and cloud, building features that enable seamless collaboration and versioning within the creator workflow.

You'll work across editor, networking, storage, and UX systems, partnering with Product and UX teams to deliver polished editor experiences for UE6-era tooling and open-source components.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C++ with experience in large native codebases.
• Experience building user-facing tools and editor features.
• Familiarity with asynchronous and networked services and distributed workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build Unreal Editor features that bring cloud-based collaboration into creator workflows.
• Implement responsive editor experiences that interact with asynchronous and distributed services.
• Work across editor, networking, storage, revision control, and UX systems to make cloud-backed workflows feel natural to Unreal Engine.
• Partner with Product and UX teams to turn product ideas into clear, practical, and polished editor experiences.
• Collaborate with backend and infrastructure engineers on features that span the editor and cloud services.
