Job summary

MDE Group in Norway seeks an experienced Subsea EPCI Engineer to perform concept development and project engineering for rigid pipelines, flowlines and risers. The role involves defining scopes, preparing technical documentation, and supporting tendering and contractor selection.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, and may participate in offshore installation campaigns when required. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Marine, Civil Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of EPCI experience within rigid pipelines and/or flexible flowlines and risers.
• Strong technical understanding of subsea pipeline systems and offshore engineering projects.
• Experience with engineering studies, technical specifications and project execution.
• Experience with contractor follow-up and technical documentation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative and deliver results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
• Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to develop professional competence.
