Qualifications

• University Degree and at least 8 years of IT professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years dedicated experience as a Scrum Master at SM2 level or above.
• Good knowledge of Agile metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate agile activities and ceremonies.
• Ensure that meetings are productive and stay on topic.
• Coach team and Product Owner on empiricism and backlog management.

Skills

Scrum Master certifications: PSM II (or higher) and SAFe 5/6 Agilist

Experience coordinating cross-team work

Tool proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira

Deep knowledge of the Scrum Guide and Agile principles

Excellent command of the English language
