Listen Labs in SF is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own and scale full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll partner with founders, hiring managers, and interviewers to drive sourcing, outreach, and close.

This is a zero-to-one opportunity to shape hiring strategy, build processes, and define what great looks like across GTM at Listen Labs. If you thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with data-driven decision making, you’ll excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across GTM roles.
• Startup or high-growth experience is preferred.
• Agency plus in-house experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing top talent in competitive markets.
• Strong storytelling and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset focused on funnels, conversion rates, and data.
• Bias for action in a fast-paced founder-led environment.
• Deep care for candidate experience and team partnership.
• In-person work 5 days a week in SF.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles.
