Job summary

Egis is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide senior commercial, contract and change management support for the HS2 Track DJV project, based in London. You will ensure robust cost assurance, change control and NEC compliance across professional services delivery, safeguarding client value and supporting programme outcomes.

The role requires extensive NEC4 expertise, pre- and post-contract management, and a track record in rail/infrastructure cost management, with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• Extensive experience in major infrastructure/rail
• Strong working knowledge of NEC4 (essential)
• Proven track record in cost management and compensation events

Responsibilities

• Administer NEC4 in line with HS2 commercial procedures and governance
• Manage Compensation Events (CEs) – preparation, assessment, negotiation, agreement
• Provide cost and programme impact analysis
• Maintain commercial risk registers and governance documentation
• Support project management and commercial leads across DJV interfaces
