Job summary

Kahoot! is seeking a strategic leader to shape and scale its At Work segment from Oslo. You will translate market insights into commercial products, collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing, and help drive global revenue growth.

You will partner with the Chief Solutions Officer and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, guide initiatives, and represent Kahoot! 360 to customers and industry audiences at events and webinars.

Qualifications

• Experience from management consulting, strategy, or analytical environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS businesses gained in-house or through advisory work.
• Experience working closely with Product teams.
• Experience translating customer and market insights into product and commercial priorities.
• Comfortable engaging senior executives, customers, and external audiences.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and turn ideas into concrete initiatives.

• Help shape and grow Kahoot!'s At Work segment
• Represent Kahoot! 360 with customers and industry audiences through events, webinars, customer conversations, and industry forums
• Shape and communicate Kahoot! 360's point of view on corporate learning, employee engagement, and internal communication
• Build relationships across the global Learning & Development community
• Help shape the commercial and product roadmap for Kahoot! 360 with the Chief Solutions Officer, senior leadership, and Product
• Bring competitive landscape and emerging-trend insights into company strategy and priorities
• Oversee and orchestrate key initiatives to accelerate product adoption and global revenue growth
• Translate market needs and customer pain points into commercial products and initiatives
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align solutions with corporate trainers and HR leaders
• Help turn the Kahoot! at Work strategy into execution by removing roadblocks across teams
• Work closely with the Chief Solutions Officer and Oslo-based Product team on strategy, product roadmaps, and commercial initiatives
• Report to the Chief Solutions Officer

Requirements

• Experience from management consulting, strategy, or a similarly analytical environment
• Strong understanding of SaaS businesses gained in-house or through advisory work
• Experience working closely with Product teams
