Nscale is seeking a Senior Planner to support the delivery of hyperscale data centre developments in Norway. You will own planning, scheduling, and progress reporting across 100MW+ projects, interfacing with GCs, designers, and internal teams.
The role offers high autonomy, requiring rigorous programme management, robust baselines, and proactive risk mitigation to keep projects on track in a fast-paced data centre environment. On-site in Narvik with potential future locations.
Please note that this position is based full-time in Norway. You will work on-site at our Kvandal campus in Narvik, for the duration of the project. Future projects may be located in other parts of Norway, the Nordics or Europe*

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support the delivery of Nscale’s hyperscale data centre construction developments. You will take ownership of planning, scheduling, and progress reporting across complex 100MW+ DC projects.
This role provides a high level of autonomy, with responsibility for managing your own workload, maintaining accurate project programmes, producing high-quality reports, and proactively identifying and resolving schedule risks. You will interface closely with General Contractors (GCs), designers, MEP contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring programmes are robust, realistic, and aligned with Nscale’s delivery objectives.
