TechnipFMC Norge in Kongsberg seeks a Senior Project Planner to lead and control schedules across studies, tenders, and execution phases for offshore projects. You will develop Level 3/4 schedules, monitor baselines, and perform risk analyses while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.

Strong Primavera P6 and MS Project skills are essential. Expected 5-7 years of planning experience in offshore, subsea, SURF, EPCI, or energy projects, with excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years of planning experience within offshore, subsea, SURF, EPCI, or energy projects.
• Strong experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Good understanding of project controls principles, including progress measurement and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Establish, maintain, and control project schedules for studies, tenders, and execution phases.
• Develop and maintain Level 3 and Level 4 schedules covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, offshore operations, commissioning, and close-out.
• Monitor progress, schedule performance, manpower utilization, and milestones against baselines.
• Perform schedule risk analyses, what-if scenarios, and recovery planning to support proactive execution.
• Provide schedule forecasts and communicate implications to project management and stakeholders.
