Job summary

Delart in Oslo seeks an experienced network engineer to design, deploy, and optimize high-speed data center networks using Arista and Cisco switching hardware, with emphasis on automation and scalable architectures.

You will work with RDMA/RoCE, ONIE/SONiC/SAI platforms, and develop scripts in Bash and Python to streamline provisioning, monitoring, and security, while ensuring low latency and reliability in demanding environments.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience managing high-speed 100Gbps+ Ethernet environments with Arista or Cisco switches.
Deep knowledge of Ethernet, VLANs, LACP, QoS, and routing protocols.
Strong IPv4/IPv6 addressing and routing skills.
Experience with RDMA/RoCE( RoCEv2 ) and open networking hardware.
Proficiency in Bash and Python for automation.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain high-throughput network switches and optimize performance.
Architect and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 networks and QoS configurations.
Implement IPv4/IPv6 addressing, routing, and protocol tuning.
Integrate whitebox hardware with ONIE/SONiC/SAI platforms.
Automate infrastructure tasks and provisioning using scripts.
