Radiant seeks a delivery leader to own Radiant's first US project end-to-end, building the US region from the ground up as a founding leader rather than a caretaker. You will drive GC/EPC relationships and day-to-day delivery on site, coordinating with the portfolio and executive stakeholders.
You will recruit and anchor the on-site team, establish planning, permitting, and utility interactions, and align with the CDO on resourcing.
Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built.
We design and operate AI-native cloud platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale. Our infrastructure powers GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems designed for the most demanding environments.
We are not building a generic cloud. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure — from powered land, to compute, to software.
As we scale, we're building this organisation from the ground up. We're looking for people who'd rather build the playbook than inherit one — who are comfortable doing the work themselves as well as directing others, and who can adapt as fast as our strategy does. This is a startup model: attitude and adaptability matter more to us than years of experience or the size of team you've previously managed.
This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical, commercial, and delivery capabilities, with exposure to executive stakeholders and GCs, EPCs, utilities, ISOs/RTOs and local/state authorities in Radiant's first US market.
You'll own delivery of Radiant's first US project end to end, building the US region from the ground up, this is a founding role for the US business, not a caretaker seat.
Personally run the GC/EPC relationship and day-to-day delivery of the live US project.
Build the US planning/permitting and stakeholder relationships from scratch state and county entitlement processes, utility filings, incentive negotiations.
Recruit the Project Director and site team as the project demands it, while remaining the most senior hands-on presence on-site in year one.
Sit on the monthly portfolio review with the CDO and flag resourcing conflicts (e.g. shared commissioning engineers) directly.
Attitude matters more to us here than number of years of experience.
Experience delivering data centre, energy or large infrastructure projects in the US.
Comfort being the first and only Radiant leader on the ground in a new region.
Working knowledge of US utility, ISO/RTO and state entitlement processes.
We're hiring for founding energy and adaptability, not a large team you've historically managed.
Deep, first-hand knowledge of the US data centre market.
Strong existing supply chain relationships — beyond GCs and EPCs — to help Radiant secure the best partners as the US region scales.
East Coast preferred for time zone crossover with the London HQ team, though candidates from anywhere in the US will be considered.
Existing relationships with US GCs, EPCs, utilities or colocation operators.
Experience across multiple US states' entitlement/incentive regimes.
Experience standing up a new region or market for a scaling company.
Set the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up.
Inspire the change: There's no blueprint for the future. You'll embrace challenges and change.
You're real and you're true to yourself: We cherish and celebrate diversity so you'll feel right at home whoever you are and whoever you're talking to, you treat everyone the same.
Get stuck in: You'd rather be building than overseeing. Our strategy will keep evolving, and so will you — attitude and adaptability matter more to us than a fixed playbook or a big team behind you.
