Job summary

DevKit is a dynamic IT company building cutting-edge AI/LLM solutions for security and code analysis. We seek a Senior Deep Learning / LLM Engineer to advance internal models for cybersecurity, vulnerability analysis, and secure code evaluation.

You will work with Claude-like architectures, train and fine-tune models, and create high-quality datasets. Strong Python and ML/DL skills are essential, with a focus on responsible model development.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Transformer architectures.
• Deep understanding of Claude and how these models work, train, and evaluate.
• Experience with LLM training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and dataset prep.
• Strong Python and modern ML/DL frameworks.
• Knowledge of tokenization, attention, embeddings, inference, and context management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs.
• Build and curate high-quality datasets for training.
• Work with Transformers, Deep Learning, SFT, RLHF/RLAIF, embeddings, model eval.
• Analyze model behavior, failures, and code-generation capabilities.
• Improve LLM performance for cybersecurity and code-analysis tasks.
• Build training and evaluation pipelines.
• Collaborate with security experts to convert cyber knowledge into data.
