A leading engineering firm in Norway is seeking a Senior HVAC engineer to manage HVAC area engineering tasks, including ducting and equipment modelling. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of HVAC layout design experience, preferably in Offshore Wind HVDC projects. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience within HVAC layout design.
  • Experience with Offshore Wind HVDC projects is a benefit.
  • Good communication in English – both oral and in writing.

Job Description
  • Responsible for HVAC area engineering in the HVAC module in E3D
  • Prepare and issue ducting ISO’s.
  • Routing of ductwork and equipment modelling for optimal HVAC design
  • Close cooperation with HVAC Discipline Lead, HVAC System Engineers, HVAC Package Responsible Engineer and the layout team
  • Coordination towards other disciplines in the 3D model.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Min. 5 years working experience within HVAC layout design
  • Experience with Offshore Wind HVDC projects is a benefit
  • Working experience in the HVAC Module in E3D

  • Ability to work independently and thoroughly as well as ability to work in team
  • Multidiscipline understanding
  • Good communication skills
