Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Site Contract Specialist to manage complex contract processes for multi-country clinical trials. You’ll coordinate documents, budgets, and site agreements while ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Clinical Operations, and drive timely execution of CTAs and site take-offs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, related field, or equivalent.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• High level of contracts management experience.
• Experience in a contract research organization or pharmaceutical industry essential.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development process and contracting parameters.
• Excellent understanding of clinical trial start-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Administers all contract management processes at a project level, coordinating with protocol, informed consent, institution, investigator, vendor, consultant, and customer documents.
• May lead multi-country projects, negotiating and preparing contracts and budgets for industry-sponsored clinical trials.
• Provide support to site contracts service centre and SSU to ensure timely template and site-specific contract execution.
• Maintain templates and site files, train staff on SOPs, and mentor junior team members.
• Monitor contract milestones, timelines, and budgetary issues across projects.
