Job summary

Aidn is building a healthcare platform in Norway to connect citizens, clinicians, and municipal care providers. We’re seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to design and implement end-to-end features that tackle real clinical planning problems.

You’ll work in cross-functional teams with product managers and designers, shaping architecture, delivering on promises, and improving developer experience as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience building greenfield SaaS products as a fullstack engineer.
• Ability to weigh trade-offs and make sound architectural decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Experience in product-led startups with autonomous teams.
• Ownership mindset and proactive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end features that solve clinical planning problems.
• Keep backend services and frontend applications aligned.
• Refactor code based on user feedback and peer input.
• Help define team best practices and own operational support.
