Job summary

Euronext Securities is seeking an experienced IT Tech Lead to drive Digital Transformation & User Experience initiatives in Oslo or Porto. You will lead Front End teams, collaborate with Principal Engineers, and shape technical strategy to ensure high coding standards and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Senior-level software engineering experience with leadership.
• Strong hands-on React and Node.js experience.
• Experience designing REST APIs and BFF services.
• CI/CD pipelines, modern release practices and Docker.
• Security-focused development and AI coding tools experience.
• Willingness to travel to other Euronext locations.
• Proactive learning and flexible career paths.
• Ability to collaborate across borders in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and architecture for the Backoffice GUI platform.
• Define frontend strategy: standards, libraries, design systems, and IA.
• Own BFF and API design with clear REST contracts.
• Collaborate with backend/API teams on data contracts and boundaries.
• Own build, release, and deployment pipelines for your apps.
• Set quality gates: automated tests, code reviews, security scans.
• Collaborate internationally with teams and POs, Architecture, IT.
• Lead strategy for External User and Back Office portfolios vs IAM.
• Own application security and secure-by-design practices.
• Define how teams use AI in development and track impact.
• Maintain Oslo-based legacy apps (Node.js, React, Angular) and modernize.
• Mentor engineers across teams and unblock delivery.
• Balance new platform work with legacy upkeep.
