Job summary

Six Robotics is seeking an experienced frontend engineer to build and evolve a highly responsive GUI for our autonomous platform in Oslo. You will own the frontend stack, working with React and TypeScript to deliver real-time interfaces that operators rely on in demanding environments.

You will collaborate with designers and engineers, make sound architectural decisions, and ship maintainable software that scales with our evolving product. This role emphasizes quality, autonomy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and performance.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with designers and engineers.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve our customer-facing GUI, using React and TypeScript.
• Develop frontend solutions for complex, real-time systems where reliability and performance matter.
• Work closely with designers and engineers across disciplines to take features from idea to production.
• Solve frontend problems with the wider system in mind, building maintainable solutions as the product grows.
• Help raise the quality of our frontend through code reviews and strong engineering practices.
