Job summary

DC Forté is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center electrical packages in Norway. You will oversee milestones, interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, ensuring safety, quality and delivery targets are met.

The role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, 7+ years in EPC/industrial or data center projects, fluent English, and ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams at Kvandal sites in Kvandal

Qualifications

Relevant degree or technical diploma in electrical engineering.
7+ years in comparable large-scale construction or data center projects.
Experience in EPC, industrial, infrastructure projects is preferred.
Fluent written and spoken English; Norwegian or Scandinavian language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Own assigned electrical project milestones, forecasts and risk management.
Integrate engineering releases, long-lead procurement and subcontractor delivery.
Manage interfaces for distribution, backup power, earthing and controls.
Control variations and contractual correspondence with the commercial team.
Lead readiness reviews for testing, energisation and electrical handover.
