Job summary

Head Energy is seeking a skilled Drilling & Well Engineer, Pnr:6001610, to lead well planning and engineering with emphasis on Plugging/Abandonment in the Norwegian operating environment. The role involves capturing lessons learned and driving improvements across the well delivery process, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and external partners.

We value a strong technical foundation in drilling and well operations, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. degree required or relevant experience may compensate.
• Experience with Plugging & Abandonment (P&A) is expected.
• Strong understanding of D&W (drilling & well) planning and operations.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in drilling and well engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform well planning and engineering with a focus on Plugging/Abandonment.
• Capture learnings and drive improvements through the well delivery process.
• Collaborate within the multi-discipline well delivery team.
• Coordinate with partners and vendors to deliver industry-standard wells.
