Job summary

Sportradar, a leading sports technology company, seeks a Manager of DevSecOps & Application Security to lead a team of security engineers focused on secure software delivery, cloud and Kubernetes security, vulnerability management, and security tooling.

You will partner with Engineering, Platform Engineering, Product and Information Security leadership to define strategy and priorities for secure software development.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of DevSecOps, Application Security and Security Engineering professionals.
• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for DevSecOps and application security capabilities.
• Establish measurable objectives, KPIs and maturity goals aligned with business priorities.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, continuous learning and engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of security engineers focused on secure software delivery, cloud and Kubernetes security, vulnerability management, application security, and security tooling.
• Define the strategy, priorities and roadmap for secure software development across Sportradar.
• Drive the adoption of SSDLC practices across engineering teams.
• Partner with platform engineering to strengthen cloud and Kubernetes security capabilities.
• Own the strategy and governance for risk-based vulnerability management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to engineering and technology leaders.
