How will you create impact

• You’ll be involved in all phases of client projects — from first contact through to final delivery and, in many cases, implementation. Your ideas and recommendations will directly shape how our clients grow.
• You'll manage workstreams or full project teams, driving impactful analyses and delivering strategic, actionable recommendations under the guidance of Partners and senior stakeholders.
• You’ll take a hands‑on role in strengthening and scaling Simon‑Kucher Oslo— contributing to business development, client acquisition, and thought leadership across industries.

Your profile

• 2+years of relevant consulting experience from a recognized management or strategy consulting firm
• Proven experience in leading project workstreams and managing client relationships
• Stronganalytical and problem‑solving skills with a strategic, commercial mindset
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex insights into clear, compelling recommendations
• Entrepreneurial and self‑driven, with a desire to make a real impact in a growing office
• Curious and collaborative, thriving in a fast‑paced and ambitious environment
• A strong interest in commercially focused growth topics such as strategy, pricing, sales, and marketing
