Shape AS in Skodje is a precision CNC job shop with a five-person team, delivering high-precision components for demanding industrial and defence projects. We are seeking an experienced CNC programmer who can develop and refine programs using NX CAM, understand CAD and machining principles, and work autonomously on tight deadlines.

You will optimize production processes, troubleshoot programming issues on the shop floor, and stay current with new techniques.

• Experience as a CNC programmer using CAM
• Strong CAD and machining principles
