Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, cost estimation, and project management software.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Norwegian language skills preferred.
• Valid work permit or visa for Norway.
