Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a Senior Sales Manager in London to drive rapid growth for our Card Issuing solution. You will lead multi-cycle sales, engage with global enterprises, and position our capabilities with prospects and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically within Payments or Card Issuing.
• Solid network of potential prospects and partners.
• Proficient in leveraging AI-powered sales tools to augment prospecting and analyze deal intelligence.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for how technology is transforming finance.
• Solid understanding of financial factors, including interchange mechanics and card scheme products.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation techniques for multi-stakeholder deals.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and a highly organized approach to prioritizing shifting workloads.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Growth: Identify the most promising clients and grow a healthy pipeline for card issuing across various verticals.
• Solution Selling: Sell issuing products to travel intermediaries and fintech clients through outbound techniques.
• Consultative Expert: Help prospects evaluate Checkout.com, serving as a consultant and industry expert.
• Proposal Management: Prepare presentations and proposals highlighting ROI of switching to a modern issuer.
• Full Cycle Orchestration: Lead the entire Sales process, main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Partner with Sales team members to share best practices and insights.
• Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on local trends, competitor insights, needs, and marketing info.
