Qualifications

• Five+ years of backend engineering with Go in production.
• Experience scaling distributed systems and ensuring reliability.
• Experience on or with platform teams, internal tooling or API gateways.
• Own design, build, operate and improve features with minimal hand‑holding.
• Practical use of AI tooling in daily engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve identity/onboarding services (KYC flows, verification).
• Build internal SDKs and libraries to abstract platform concerns.
• Define cross‑team architectural standards and API contracts.
• Drive engagement platform capabilities from spec to production.
• Collaborate with platform/infrastructure to raise reliability and observability.
