Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in mechatronics, electronics or software with relevant development experience.
• Knowledge of automotive systems (transmission, powertrain, actuation, chassis).
• Interest in automotive innovation (electric powertrain, autonomous driving, vehicle safety).
• Goal oriented, structured and independent, with strong teamwork.
• Good collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• English plus at least one additional European language.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements handling along the complete development cycle.
• Develop the system concept in collaboration with sub-system owners.
• Manage customer expectations and approvals to proceed.
• Organize tasks with different team members and align deliverables with the project manager.
• Review technical concepts in collaboration with the product owner.
• Participate in activities required by processes and standards.
• Maintain close collaboration with sub-contractors, suppliers and global internal teams.
• Share knowledge throughout the project team and enhance skills.
