The ideal candidate has 8+ years in architectural design and project management, strong CAD/3D skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years in architectural design and project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Experience leading a team of architects and coordinating with consultants/contractors.
• Willing to relocate to Bergen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to construction documentation.
• Manage budgets and project timelines.
• Oversee all project delivery phases including site analysis and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with clients to develop design solutions meeting requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for timely completion.
