Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed architect.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from conception to completion.
• Develop and present design proposals to clients.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure project feasibility.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design principles.
