Job summary

FutureTech is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our Alta team in Norway. You will be responsible for creating innovative designs and plans for various construction projects, collaborating with clients to understand design needs and delivering detailed CAD drawings.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or related field) and at least 3 years of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer.
• Proficient in CAD software AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Norway preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and requirements.
• Develop detailed drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design purposes.
• Create 3D models and renderings of proposed designs.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers and contractors.
