Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in architectural design, strong knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp, and excellent client collaboration and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• At least 8 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on commercial or residential projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of architecture software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Oslo, Norway.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of architects throughout the design process from conceptualization to finalization.
• Ensure that designs are in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals accordingly.
• Oversee the selection of materials, equipment, and contractors for construction projects.
