Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, at least 5 years of experience in design and project management, strong knowledge of codes and methods, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Full-time with visa sponsorship possible.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement architectural plans and designs for various projects.
• Manage a team of architects and coordinate their work to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Review and approve drawings, blueprints, and other project documentation.
• Identify potential issues or challenges and develop solutions to address them.
• Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks effectively.
