Job summary

Precis Digital in Oslo is seeking a Senior Analytics Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end tracking across web, app, and server environments, architect scalable data architectures, and deliver privacy-resilient measurement frameworks that marketers and developers trust.

You will collaborate with media, marketing, dev and data teams to connect measurement to results, mentor junior colleagues, and push the practice forward with clear, actionable analytics deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical analytics implementation on web.
• Extensive experience working with tag managers, data layers, server-side tracking, and APIs.
• Good understanding of JavaScript.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and connect technical solutions to business value.
• Clear, confident communicator - equally comfortable with marketers and engineers.
• Fluency in English.
• Nice to have: Fluency in Norwegian.
• Nice to have: Experience with BigQuery and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact technical implementations: Lead end-to-end tracking initiatives across web, app, and server environments.
• Design scalable data architectures and robust measurement setups using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tealium, and more.
• Build clarity from complexity by turning specs into structured measurement plans.
• Own delivery excellence by upholding implementation standards and improving workflows.
• Mentor junior team members and push for quality, impact, and technical confidence.
• Collaborate across disciplines with media, marketing, dev, and data teams to connect measurement to results.
