Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Oslo is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / AI Solutions Engineer to own AI projects from concept through production. You will build, deploy, and continuously improve AI solutions that deliver tangible business value.

You will work on AI-powered workflows, knowledge graphs, and production AI infrastructure, using Python, React, FastAPI, LangChain, PgVector, and ArangoDB to deliver scalable results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, end-to-end project ownership across full AI delivery lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of embedding models and vector search techniques.
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems beyond simple API integrations.
• Familiarity with evaluation metrics such as MRR, NDCG, Precision@K, F1.

Responsibilities

• Build systems that extract, interpret, and structure information from complex documents.
• Design and implement intelligent automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop knowledge graphs and structured data solutions for organisational information.
