Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Oslo is seeking a hands-on AI Platform Engineer to join a forward-thinking organisation investing heavily in Generative AI and intelligent automation. This senior role will focus on building, implementing, and developing the generative AI framework and scalable platform for GenAI/LLM applications.

You will build production-grade Python applications, APIs and services, and work with LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' commercial Python experience.
• Hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM applications.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with APIs, cloud technologies, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
• FastAPI.
• Vector databases and semantic search.
• Kubernetes, IaC, or MLOps tooling.
• AI governance and responsible AI practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI frameworks, SDKs, and reusable engineering tooling.
• Build and deploy production-grade LLM applications in Python.
• Create scalable solutions for RAG, AI agents, and workflow automation.
• Develop APIs and platform services that accelerate AI adoption.
• Define best practices and architectural standards across the AI ecosystem.
