Job summary

StarsOfTheShow in Bergen is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage financial records, prepare statements, and oversee day-to-day accounting activities.

You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, review journal entries and reconciliations, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist with budgeting and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities of our company in Bergen. Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting documents.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of experience as an Accountant. CPA certification is preferred. Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks and Excel is required. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
