Job summary

Landmark, a Halliburton company, seeks a senior software engineer to shape 3D engineering applications and digital twins. You will connect back-end data processing with real-time rendering, UX design, and production-grade tools for engineers working on complex models.

You will own the 3D architecture, build XR interactions, optimize performance for large datasets, and mentor peers. Collaboration with product management and domain experts is essential to ship robust, scalable solutions across the

Qualifications

Masters’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
20+ years of software development, graphics, and design experience.
Deep proficiency in Unity and C#, with real-time 3D codebase ownership.
Strong knowledge of rendering, shading, and performance optimizations.
Experience designing 3D and XR interactions from research to testing.
Excellent communication to explain trade-offs to product and engineers.
Experience with AI tools and model integration (hosted and local).

Responsibilities

Own architecture and technical direction of the 3D component.
Design and build 3D/XR interactions for inspection and collaboration.
Develop processing pipelines, shaders, and tools; optimize memory and performance.
Integrate CAD, geospatial, and volumetric data for real-time viz.
Lead code reviews, testing tools, and maintain code through releases.
Evaluate and integrate AI to improve workflows with reliability and cost.
