Job summary

Eltorque AS in Norway seeks a Sales Project Engineer to drive project deliveries for maritime and onshore applications, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.

You will collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and sales to integrate requirements, develop project plans, and provide technical leadership to ensure successful delivery from quote to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven project engineering experience in maritime/onshore or similar industries.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Make sure our customers are provided with what they need and exceed their expectations on project deliveries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, sales) to integrate project requirements and milestones.
• Develop project plans and monitor progress against these plans.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Making sure our customers are provided with what they need and exceeding their expectations on project deliveries.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and sales, to integrate project requirements and milestones.

• Develop project plans and monitor project progress against these.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or a related field); advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience in project engineering within the maritime, onshore, or similar industries.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and verbal.
