About Monil

Monil is a fast-growing Norwegian technology company revolutionizing livestock management with virtual fencing. Founded in 2022, Monil combines world-leading expertise in microelectronics, low-power electronics, hardware, and software to help farmers monitor, guide, and care for grazing animals through a GPS-based collar and intuitive mobile app.

Monil’s virtual fencing collars are already helping 1200+ farmers manage livestock more efficiently, saving time, money, and stress. Now we’re scaling across the Nordics, the UK, and the US.

Our ambition: to become the global leader in virtual fencing, enabling automated grazing, real-time health insights, and improved animal welfare - essentially acting as a digital shepherd.

Why This Role Matters

Monil is scaling rapidly – growing from 35 employees to 50-60 in the coming year, expanding across the USA, Denmark, Sweden, and several new markets. To support this growth, we are strengthening our commercial team with a dedicated Sales Operations Manager.

This role is essential in ensuring we operate as a data-driven, efficient, and scalable revenue organization.

About the Role: Sales Operations Manager

As our Sales Operations Manager, you will optimize sales processes, CRM systems, and operational workflows to help the commercial organization run smoothly and scale effectively. Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot, Odoo)
  • Ensure strong data quality and governance
  • Streamline lead management and sales workflows, and build automations and integrations that reduce manual workload and improve accuracy
  • Ensure effective operation, high quality, and continuous improvement of sales and revenue processes
  • Build dashboards, reports, and forecasts to drive insights and leadership decisions in all markets
  • Support Marketing with lead capture, systems, and enablement
  • Manage commercial data infrastructure across markets
  • Manage, own, and optimize Shopify/Odoo webshop operations and support new store launches
  • Support onboarding of new sales reps, and ensure best practices are followed across markets.
