Une grande entreprise technologique internationale recherche un Responsable des ventes - Services marins et ports pour mener et développer les ventes de services dans le secteur maritime. Le candidat idéal aurait un diplôme en ingénierie et au moins 5 ans d'expérience. Ce poste offre une opportunité de contribuer à des solutions maritimes plus durables en environnement dynamique.

Qualifications

  • Passion pour la technologie et intérêt pour le succès des clients.
  • Diplôme en ingénierie ou études techniques (Baccalauréat ou École Technique).
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en ventes ou opérations de services, idéalement dans les secteurs marins ou industriels.
  • Bonne compréhension des systèmes marins et des besoins des clients.
  • Esprit proactif et collaboratif avec de fortes compétences en communication et en relations.
  • Fluent en anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral.

Responsibilities

  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de vente de services dans les segments marins clés.
  • Promouvoir le portefeuille de services d'ABB - des solutions numériques à la maintenance.
  • Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les comptes et parties prenantes clés.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de vente et collaborer avec les équipes internes.
  • Représenter ABB lors d'événements industriels et réunions clients.

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our service sales across the Marine & Ports sector. Whether it’s tankers, cargo ships, passenger vessels, or offshore vessels you’ll be the trusted partner helping customers optimize performance, reliability, and sustainability.

What You’ll Be Driving
  • Develop and execute service sales strategies across key marine segments
  • Promote ABB’s full service portfolio – from digital solutions and maintenance to training and long‑term agreements
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Identify new sales opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Represent ABB at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings as a passionate ambassador of our technology and values
What You Bring
  • A passion for technology and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed
  • A degree in engineering or technical studies (Bachelor’s or Technical College)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or service operations, ideally within marine or industrial sectors
  • Solid understanding of marine systems and customer needs
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
