Job summary

Chico’s is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment. You will share product knowledge, provide personalized service, and help create a seamless omnichannel experience.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You will contribute to store performance and assist with merchandising, inventory, and organization while upholding brand standards and teamwork.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
