• Collaborate with the team to achieve store sales targets.

What we expect from you:

As a Sales Assistant at Massimo Dutti, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring the Experience project implementation
• Being up to date on new products and collections
• Understanding store layout, sections, and product location
• Operating store systems and tools (Using Inditex Technology)
• Executing operations at customer interaction points (cash desk, fitting rooms, merchandise pickup)
• Ensuring store image, tidiness, and visual standards are maintained
• Ensuring efficient replenishment for the products
• Supporting merchandise delivery when needed
• Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales targets
• Communicating openly and professionally with colleagues and managers
• Helping to control shrinkage
• Complying with occupational risk prevention, health, and safety standards
