Job summary

H&M in Tromsø is seeking a Sales Advisor for a temporary part-time role (30 hours/week) starting as soon as possible. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store, share fashion knowledge, and help them find the right items while representing the H&M brand.

Based at Nerstranda, you’ll work with a dynamic team, keep the floor and back of house organized, assist with opening and closing, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience in line with our values.

• Language skills in local language or English are needed.

This is a temporary part-time position offering 30 hours a week, starting as soon as possible or upon agreement and lasting until October 2027. The position is based at H&M Nerstranda in Tromsø and you should be able to work during store opening hours. Language skills in local language or English is needed.

Store roles assessment:

To manage the high volume of applications for the Sales Advisor role, we use an online assessment method for skills-based recruitment within some of our stores. You will need to complete it as part of the application and screening process. Your responses will be scored by an assessment tool that applies predefined criteria set by H&M Group.
